Knead until a soft dough forms.
Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each into a log.
Cut the logs into even pieces.
Use a fork to gently press each piece, creating textured lines.
Heat oil to 325°F and fry for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
Remove and increase the oil temperature to 350°F
Fry again for 1 more minute until crisp and deeply golden.
