Crispy Air Fryer Wings

These crispy air fryer lemon pepper wings are packed with flavor and perfectly golden without deep frying. Made with simple pantry spices and baking powder for extra crunch—ready in just 25 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp baking powder aluminum-free
  • Oil spray

Instructions

  • Pat dry the chicken wings thoroughly to remove excess moisture (this helps them get extra crispy).
  • Add wings to a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle in onion powder, paprika, lemon pepper, salt, and baking powder. Toss until evenly coated.
  • (Optional but recommended) Place wings in the fridge for 30 minutes to dry out the skin for even crispier results.
  • Spray your air fryer basket lightly with oil.
  • Add wings in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove and (optional) toss with extra lemon pepper for more flavor.
  • Serve hot and enjoy that crispy perfection!
