Ingredients

  • * Chicken thighs
  • * 1 tbsp olive oil
  • * 1½ tsp paprika
  • * 2 tsp garlic powder
  • * 1 tsp salt
  • * 1 tsp chili powder or chili flakes optional

Instructions

  • Pat the chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels—this helps the skin get extra crispy.
  • Add the chicken thighs to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and chili powder or flakes if using.
  • Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 380°F for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
