Creamy Shrimp Pasta

Garlic shrimp pasta is a creamy, flavorful dish made with tender shrimp, garlic, and a rich sauce—easy to make in one pan for a quick weeknight dinner.

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, season the shrimp with paprika, cayenne, onion powder, and salt. Toss to coat.
  • Heat butter or olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side, until pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  • Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir in half and half, then add parmesan cheese. Adjust seasoning with salt, paprika, or cayenne as needed.
  • Add pasta and parsley.
  • Return shrimp to the pan and stir gently.
  • Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for brightness, if desired.
