Creamy Blueberry Chia Pudding Recipe

A simple, no-cook breakfast made with fresh blueberries, naturally sweetened and packed with fiber. This creamy, vibrant pudding is perfect for meal prep and an easy grab-and-go option.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • Honey to taste

Instructions

  • Add blueberries, milk, Greek yogurt, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a container.
  • Stir in the chia seeds until fully combined.
  • over and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or until thickened.
  • Optional: Top with fresh blueberries or drizzle with extra honey before serving.
