Extra Protein Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • Toast
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Avocado
  • Chilli Oil
  • Honey
  • Soft-boiled Egg

Instructions

  • Toast your favorite bread. For extra protein, try Dave’s Killer Bread, or go for a delicious sourdough.
  • Cut an avocado in half and remove the pit.
  • Spread and smash half of the avocado onto each slice of toasted bread.
  • Add a generous layer of cottage cheese.
  • Drizzle with chili oil—I recommend Fly By Jing or Lao Gan Ma for the best flavor.
  • Add a touch of honey for the perfect balance of sweetness and spice.
  • Soft-boil an egg, cut it in half, and place it on top of your toast.
