Cheeseburger Sliders

Cheeseburger Sliders with melty provolone and American cheese, juicy seasoned beef, and a tangy burger sauce, all tucked into soft Hawaiian rolls—perfect for game day or anytime snack cravings!

Ingredients

  • Sliders:
  • Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ small onion finely diced
  • Neutral oil for cooking
  • Burger Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp chopped pickles
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Cheese:
  • Provolone and American cheese or your favorite combo
  • 3 tbsp melted butter and minced garlic

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Arrange the bottom halves in a parchment-lined or lightly greased baking pan.
  • Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until it starts to brown.
  • Stir in onion powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and diced onions. Cook until the beef is fully browned and onions are softened.
  • Spread burger sauce on top of the bottom rolls.
  • Place a slice of provolone cheese on each bottom roll.
  • Add a layer of cooked ground beef on top of the cheese.
  • Place a slice of American cheese over the beef.
  • Add the top buns. Mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush it on top of the buns.
  • Bake sliders in a preheated oven at 325°F for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are slightly golden.
  • Serve warm, straight from the pan, for a perfect game-day treat!
