In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Arrange the bottom halves in a parchment-lined or lightly greased baking pan.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until it starts to brown.
Stir in onion powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and diced onions. Cook until the beef is fully browned and onions are softened.
Spread burger sauce on top of the bottom rolls.
Place a slice of provolone cheese on each bottom roll.
Add a layer of cooked ground beef on top of the cheese.
Place a slice of American cheese over the beef.
Add the top buns. Mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush it on top of the buns.
Bake sliders in a preheated oven at 325°F for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are slightly golden.
Serve warm, straight from the pan, for a perfect game-day treat!
