Blueberry Grilled Cheese

A twist on an American Classic

Ingredients

  • Blueberry Jam
  • Brie Cheese
  • 2 slices Sourdough Bread
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Spread a generous layer of blueberry jam on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  • Top the jam with slices of brie cheese.
  • Place the other slice of bread, jam side down, to form a sandwich.
  • Butter the outer sides of the sandwich.
  • Heat a pan over medium-low heat.
  • Add the sandwich to the pan and cook until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
  • Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
