Banana Milk Toast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp butter
  • 2 slices texas toast or milk bread
  • 1 carton banana milk bread

Instructions

  • Preheat a pan over low heat.
  • Stack two slices of bread on top of each other and place them in the pan.
  • Pour one carton of banana milk and add 1.5 tablespoons of butter into the pan.
  • Allow it to cook until the bottom of the bread turns a beautiful golden brown.
  • Flip the bread and continue cooking until both sides are evenly golden brown.
  • Transfer the milk toast onto a plate and drizzle with condensed milk.

Notes

Preheat the pan on a low heat before adding the bread slices. Once the bread is in the pan, immediately pour in the banana milk and melted butter to prevent burning. Keep an eye on the mixture; if it starts to boil, reduce the heat immediately to prevent scorching. As the bread cooks, it may absorb the liquid mixture unevenly. To prevent burning, gently swirl the pan to redistribute the liquid underneath the bread.
