Air Fryer Caramelized Pears

Ingredients

  • Ripe pears
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Greek yogurt or preferred topping

Instructions

  • Slice the pears in half and remove the stems. Use a spoon to scoop out the core.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the pear halves and drizzle with honey.
  • Place the pears in the air fryer at 350°F and cook for 12-14 minutes, until soft and slightly caramelized.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
  • Fill the center with Greek yogurt or your favorite toppings (granola, nuts, or a drizzle of nut butter work great!).
  • Drizzle with more honey for extra sweetness.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
