In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, rice vinegar, honey, and vegetable oil. Whisk until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a pan and simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens slightly.
Once the wings are done, transfer them to the pan with the sauce. Toss until each wing is fully coated in the sticky glaze.
Transfer the wings to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
