3 Ingredients Oreo Ice Cream

Delicious cookies and cream ice cream

Ingredients

  • 12-15 Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Place Oreo cookies in a Ziploc bag and crush them into coarse crumbs using a rolling pin or a sturdy cup. Set aside a handful of larger Oreo pieces for topping.
  • In a large mixing bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream. Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. This should take about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk, mixing until the cream and condensed milk are fully combined and smooth.
  • Fold in the crushed Oreo crumbs, leaving the larger pieces aside for topping. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or any freezer-safe container.
  • Sprinkle the reserved larger Oreo pieces on top for a fun texture. Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid, and freeze for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
  • When you're ready to enjoy, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes to soften. Scoop into bowls or cones.
