10 Minute Chili Oil Noodles

Noodles with chili oil based sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2-3 green onions chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Chili oil to taste

Instructions

  • aCook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, chopped green onions, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sugar, and chili oil.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the sauce mixture and toss until the noodles are evenly coated.
  • Garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
