aCook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, chopped green onions, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sugar, and chili oil.
Add the cooked noodles to the sauce mixture and toss until the noodles are evenly coated.
Garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired.
