Tiramisu Chia Pudding Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- ¾ cup milk (any kind)
- 1 shot espresso: You can also use strong coffee.
- 1–2 spoonfuls of vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup, honey, or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- Topping: Additional yogurt and cocoa powder
Tiramisu Chia Pudding Instruction
In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, milk, vanilla yogurt, vanilla extract, espresso, and sweetener of choice. Stir well to combine.
Cover and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until thickened. Stir once halfway through to prevent clumping.
