Thai Tea French Toast Instructions
Prepare the Thai tea according to the package instructions. You will need about 1/4 cup brewed Thai tea.
In a shallow bowl or plate, crack the eggs. Add the milk, Thai tea, and vanilla extract, then whisk until well combined.

Dip each slice of brioche into the mixture for a few seconds, making sure both sides are evenly coated.

Heat a pan over low-medium heat and add butter. Place the soaked brioche slices in the pan and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until golden and cooked through.

Repeat until all the bread slices are cooked.
Drizzle with condensed milk and enjoy.

Thai Tea French Toast Cooking Tips
- Do not oversoak the bread. It might get too soggy and break apart.
- Cook low and slow. This is to make sure the slices are cooked through without burning the outside.
- Add enough butter to the pan to help crisp up the bread slices.
- Brew strong Thai tea for a stronger flavor.
Storage Tips
Let the French Toast cool completely. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat over low heat in a skillet or air fry/toast to bring back the crispiness.
Freeze cooked slices in a freezer-safe bag for up to 1 month.
