@drinkwildwonder just dropped a new Cherry Lemonade flavor! It is tart, citrusy, and super refreshing. To celebrate, I am turning it into a sparkling water tanghulu that’s as pretty and tasty.

Sparkling Cherry Lemonade Tanghulu

Ingredients:
1/4 cup wildwonder Cherry Lemonade
1 cup sugar
Cherries
Instructions:
Wash and pat them completely dry. Skewer them onto sticks.
In a small pan, combine wildwonder and sugar. Stir to mix, then heat over medium heat.
Let the mixture cook until it starts to change color.
Fill a bowl with ice and cold water.
Quickly dip and swirl the skewered cherries in the hot syrup to coat them evenly.
Immediately place the coated cherries into the ice bath to harden the candy shell.
Serve and enjoy!

1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup reserved pasta water
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 red bell pepper
1 tbsp butter
fresh or dried parsley
