Sushi Sandwich Tips
Do not use rice that is too hot, as it will make the nori soggy and cause it to break apart easily.
Be careful not to overfill the wrap, as the nori may tear.
Plastic wrap helps shape the nori and retain its form.
Customize your fillings! You can use shredded chicken or different veggies like carrots. The possibilities are endless.
Sushi rice is best for this recipe because it holds its shape well and won’t fall apart.

Storage
Keep the sushi sandwich wrapped in plastic to help it retain its shape. You can store it in the fridge for up to one day. Any longer, and the nori will become too soggy while the rice hardens.
