Storage Tips
- You can store the rest of the mango lassi in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 2 days. Shake well before drinking because some separation might occur.
- You can freeze the mango lassi to make popsicles.
Mango Lassi Tips
- Use ripe, sweet mangoes—Ataulfo and honey mangoes work best for a creamy texture. To pick the perfect ripe mango, gently press on it; it should give slightly when ready to eat.
- Adjust the consistency to your preference. Add more milk if it’s too thick, or less milk for a thicker texture.
- For a high-protein version, add a scoop of protein powder.
- Add a pinch of cardamom for a more traditional, aromatic flavor.
