Earl Grey Syrup Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 4 Earl Grey tea bags
- 1 cup sugar

Instructions
In a pot, add water and tea bags.

Bring to a simmer and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Remove the tea bags.

Stir in 1 cup of sugar and continue simmering for another 15 minutes.

How to Sterilize Jars?
Wash the jar and lid with soap and water.
Boil a large pot of water.
Carefully place the jar and lid in the water, ensuring they are completely submerged.
Boil for 10-15 minutes.
Using tongs, carefully remove the jar and lid
Caution: They will be extremely hot, so be careful not to burn yourself.
Place them on a drying rack and allow them to air dry.

Let the syrup cool completely. Pour it into a sterilized jar to avoid contamination. Store the syrup in the fridge, where it will last for up to two to three weeks if stored properly.
