To purchase the viral Daedoo Korean Corn Bread, you can find it in the freezer section of Hmart or other Korean markets. I was unable to find it at my local Hmart, but I purchased it from Say Weee, an online Asian grocery delivery service. It comes in a pack of six and costs $9.99. To prepare, simply pop it into the air fryer for 10–12 minutes at 392F. If you airfry too long, the bread might dry out. Following the air fryer instructions, the Korean corn bread comes out with a crispy exterior and a creamy mochi filling. The filling tastes like creamed corn and includes pieces of corn, which add a nice texture. It was quite delicious and the flavor was not too sweet.
