Imagine my favorite cookie brand in the form of a protein bar. When I saw these at Costco, I knew I had to give them a try. I’ve been lifting more lately and have a serious sweet tooth. So, is the Costco Grenade Oreo protein bar a pass or a must?

About Costco Grenade Oreo Protein Bar
A box of Grenade Oreo Protein Bars contains 14 bars. At my local Costco, it was $29.99 for the entire box, which comes out to about $2.15 per bar.

Rating
I enjoyed these protein bars. They didn’t have the typical chalky taste and genuinely captured the Oreo flavor, so they nailed the flavor profile. Oreo is an official partner with this brand, so there are real Oreo pieces inside. The texture is chewy, somewhat similar to Barebells bars. This is probably in my top five favorite protein bars; it tasted like a candy bar. I’ve seen people microwave it for a few seconds, and I can only imagine that it tastes better that way. These bars have a good amount of sugar alcohol, so if your body does not react well to sugar alcohol, I wouldn’t recommend it.
