Sriracha is a hot sauce empire, so it is not surprising to see so many snack products released in a Sriracha flavor. Doritos has released a Sriracha-flavored chip under its own brand. With its gold-foiled bag, it looks super appealing, and I knew I had to try a bag. Is the Costco Sriracha Doritos a hit or a miss?

Product Overview
One bag of the Costco Golden Sriracha Doritos is $6.99. Each bag weighs about 1 pound and 14 ounces and comes in a shiny gold foil bag.
Golden Sriracha Doritos Rating and Review
Hit or Miss
Even though it’s the Golden Sriracha flavor, which is based on a hot sauce, I didn’t find the chips spicy at all. They lean more toward the sweet side, with only a slight spicy kick. The flavor reminds me of a Chinese stir-fry dish with bell peppers. Since I prefer savory chips, I wasn’t a fan of these. I would pass on this purchase.
