After the caramel brownie sundae, it looks like Costco is back at it with another fun creation: the Double Chocolate Mint Sundae. A new addition to the food court menu, and of course, I had to give it a try. They offered two options: a full mint sundae or a mint-vanilla swirl. I went with the mint-vanilla swirl just in case the mint flavor is too overwhelming. Keep reading to find out if the Costco Double Chocolate Mint Sundae is a hit or a miss!

This was delicious! The chocolate sauce paired perfectly with the mint sundae. The mint flavor was subtle, which I actually preferred over an overpowering mint taste. I’ve never had mint as a soft serve before—only as ice cream—so this was a really fun and unique option. I loved the chocolate crumbles; they contrasted well with the light, refreshing mint flavor. A heads-up: if you try the vanilla-mint swirl, the mint flavor might get lost since it is so subtle, so I recommend going for the full mint sundae. It is flavorful without being overwhelming. After the strawberry sundae, this is probably my next favorite sundae flavor.
