I am a fan of Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala. I know—they are kind of like the orange chicken of Indian cuisine—but they are one of my guilty pleasures! I was pleasantly surprised to find this product in the frozen aisle at Costco. The first time I had Butter Chicken was in college when my Indian friends introduced it to me. I tend to have a low bar for frozen Chicken Tikka Masala products because I rarely find them to be good. Read on for my Costco Chicken Tikka Masala Wrap review.

Product History
Chicken Tikka Masala is made with chicken tikka, or roasted chunks of boneless chicken seasoned and marinated with spices and yogurt, served in a creamy orange sauce. The exact origin of the dish is uncertain. Some say it was derived from the popular Butter Chicken, while others believe it was created by Bangladeshi migrant chefs in Britain during the 1960s. At one point, it was the second most popular foreign dish to cook in Britain, just behind Chinese stir-fry in 2012.
