- 1½ cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

- ½ tablespoon onion powder

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the gold potatoes into thin, even slices and arrange them in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
