5–6 slices fresh ginger
8 dried jujubes (red dates)
1 tbsp goji berries
5 cups water
Honey (to taste)
Instructions:
Rinse the jujubes and goji berries, then soak them in water for 10 minutes to remove any impurities.
In a pot, add the water, apple slices, ginger, and jujubes, and goji berries.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
Sweeten with honey to taste.
