Buldak, the spicy and addictive ramen, has taken over the world with its many fun ramen variations and ramen challenges. I have seen various ramen aficionados eat Buldak with a simple soft-boiled egg or add heavy cream to Buldak Carbonara to take its creaminess to the next level. However, one of the more unique and creative renditions is the addition of Japanese Kewpie mayo and a raw pasteurized egg, making it the ultimate Buldak kewpie egg mayo hack. You can typically buy Buldak at korean markets like Hmart.
What is Buldak?
Buldak, or “fire chicken” (bul = fire, dak = chicken) is an extremely popular Korean ramyun or ramen brand from South Korea. Buldak ramen took the world by storm by being exclusively one of the spiciest ramen out in the market to the point that a spicy noodle challenge was created with Buldak ramen. Samyang, the brand that started it all, has since come out with many flavors like carbonara, tom yum, corn, cheese, and many more.
