Paprika ATX is a vibrant red taco food truck located mainly on Lamar Blvd right next to Michi Ramen. According to the website, you can even book them for events. The people behind Paprika were super patient and answered all my questions.
The parking lot was small so I assume on busy days it will be a challenge to find parking. They also had a couple tables with umbrellas if you wanted to dine in.

During my visit, I ordered the Quesitaco Suadero and the owners were very generous with the amount of meat and fill; only two tacos filled me up. I thought the Quesitaco was too salty for my palette and the beef seemed a bit overcooked. I might have gone on an off day as their yelp reviews average out to be stunning 5 stars! Otherwise, all the ingredients were of great and fresh quality.

The taco is jam-packed with plenty of meat, cheese, and toppings. At $3.50 per taco, I considered this a great deal! Since it is so affordable, I would love to give this locally-owned taco food truck another shot. I am not much of a pork eater so you guys should check it out!
